These are small and easy to swallow. My 8 year old needs more Omega’s to support ADHD symptoms and these offer the right dose for him!

I purchased it for my 13 yo son. I tried the gummies before and he loved those. I wanted to get him into the habit of tablets rather than gummies only. This soft gel like tablet has a great taste and is easy to swallow. I am not too sure if it helps to focus but I bought it because my son's diet barely has any Omega rich food. He does not like fish, not into greens that are rich in omega 3 and does not like nuts. This supplement is perfect to give him his daily dosage so that it is helpful with the growth of his brain functions as he goes through this teenage period. The percentage of Omega 3 is pretty high and concentrated in these tablets.

This product will have enough soft gels, my daughter said that this product has a strawberry taste like the packaging showed, the pills help her sleep better, my daughter said the the pills had no smell of the fish oil, and the soft gels were quite effective.

My 11yo and 13yo both insist they can't swallow pills, so they will burst the fish oil capsules instead of swallowing them whole. The kids version they both liked, but the teen strawberry version wasn't the same (also firmer capsules because they are intended to be swallowed). In other words, they are great for intended use, but not for teens/tweens who still take chewables and refuse the lemon flavored fish oil.... in that case order the kids' version.

Buen producto

These mini gels are the best, in terms of size and taste. It's the pricetag that pushes me away. Sadly, I haven't find one that could replace this.
