Broke in 1 month
The chair broke within month of buying it. we cannnot return it because warranty is 4 days. Fall from this chair twice fortunately no injury. I bought it for 3000 which waste of money. Chair went completely flat barely survive from hitting my head on floor.

Good product, but I have an issue with the adjustment as it is not working properly. It relines even though it was kept to stop recline.
