This is an amazing ample 4 fl. oz. bottle of apple extract. It smells and tastes exactly like apples. The ingredients include alcohol, water, and natural flavors. This artisanal blend will enhance the apple flavor in desserts and beverages.

Great flavor! Perfect for jumbo muffins (because who eats mini muffins?), pancakes, waffles and more! I love the flavor. It's a very nice addition to the extracts in the pantry.

Great for making cookies

I have purchased vanilla beans from this company in the past and they were of excellent quality, so I was excited to try their blueberry extract. The extract neither smells nor tastes like blueberries, or any berries for that matter. I added a fair amount to some icing and couldn’t detect any difference in the flavor, so I kept adding more… I ended up putting in a ridiculous amount before there was a noticeable change in flavor. By now the icing was a bit runny, due to the amount of extract I had to add. It tasted awful. It was bitter, still without even a hint of blueberry flavor. There was some type of flavor it imparted (besides bitter), it just wasn’t something I could identify. Other reviewers mentioned the oddly shaped bottle. It is no different than a vitamin bottle, with a large opening — way too large to pour liquid into a measuring spoon. I had to put my measuring spoon inside the bottle, which is not a great way to keep the contents sanitary. Even if the product was to my liking, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

It is great to use.

Not a very strong pistachio flavor but still nice. The bottle is too wide mouth for pouring. I just made hole in foil on lid so I could pour.
