Very BAD, probiotics ( not sure if its a probiotics ) should be stopped selling, i have huge allergy with big round red spots on on my body ( rash) after taking and also giving hard dizziness and headache, im almost fainting, i could not wark even.

I bought these and shared them with my daughter who now swears by them. Tasteless in whatever liquid you use, just pour in and it dissolves fast. So easy, and works so well. Worth every penny!

Although the packaging may be misleading (I assumed these would be cranberry or something berry flavored), but I have been adding these to water/smoothies every day and I can tell a difference when I am drinking them vs. when I forget for a couple days. Helps reduce bloating annd improves my energy.
