Great Support
When I first connected the unit up I was getting an error message on the TV saying that there was invalid input. I called the support line and a tech, Doug, talked me through the setup. At first the problem was not easily resolved so he had me hang up and said he would call back in a few minutes. He set up an identical unit and then called me back and again we worked through the settings together. The problem turned out to be quite simple, my TVs are old and they would not recognize any resolution above 720. It was then a simple matter to set the HDMI output to 720 and everything works great.

Switching issues and tech support lacking
Issues with one of the outputs. It sometimes does not turn on and simultaneously kills the other tvs screens. If it is turned off and then on all tv screens come on most times although sometimes on and off has to be repeated. I previously had an HDMI switch whose output went to an HDMI splitter connected to all tvs with no issues at all. The problem started with the change out to the DVDO matix switch. I have changed cables as well as numerous other checks as I am an electronic technician. I called DVDO support and left a message but they never returned my call. I then emailed them and I did get a response with a suggestion that did not work. None of my questions were answered in the first email and no response after asking them what else I can check. I was hoping there might be a firmware update as picture and switching speed are good and the unit runs cool. Too bad for the lack of support from the manufacturer.

just so little bells and whistles that you feel like you paid a lot for nothing

No support for HDMI-CEC, unresponsive and slow web interface with very very limited features, turns some inputs purple, and no way to get support. Drops off the network if you try and do too much via the web page (don't change inputs too quickly!) The device comes with DHCP disabled, for a reason - it doesn't support renewing an IP address - which means that it will only be online for as long as your DHCP lease length. Long story short - it doesn't support DHCP. This is a cheap unit being sold for far more than it's worth. If it ever comes back into stock - don't waste your time - you will spend hours installing it - just to have to remove it again.
