Nice sleepy tincture!
I took a full tincture and I am drowsy!! It makes me feel like I took NyQuil. I will definitely be taking this to sleep at night!

Helps with relaxation
I love baikal skullcap, and the fact that this tincture is extracted using glycerin vs. Alcohol makes it taste alot better. It helps me sleep through the night too, when usually I wake up several times. The internal healing properties won't be immedinoticeable so I'm giving that time.

Good value and potency
This is part of my staple protocol for Lyme and it has helped improve my quality of life. Taken at night I believe it's also helped me sleep better, which lymies know is a huge deal!

It definitely works! I have chronic Lyme disease and this extract helps to "boost" my melatonine, to calm down and sleep all night. I found out that it's best to take it in the evening (it makes me a little drowsy).
