The quality and care they put into the processing (wash with filtered water, no chemicals or preservative, low heat drying) makes a big difference in taste, texture and nutritional quality. I made coconut milk out of mine and it was as good as raw. Even compared to other organic brands, and I've tried (and liked!) many, these stand out for quality.

The best dehydrated coconut I've found. I use it make coconut milk and to me it tastes really similar to fresh coconut, while the other dried coconut products I tried have a bland flavor.

It was better than expected. Was very pleased.

Overpriced for what it is. This product isn't raw, I don't believe it was dehydrated at low temperature as stated, it tastes like much cheaper desiccated options and is way overpriced for what it is.

The coconut was very very good and came as delivered as promised. Delicious products. I made candy with it and also added it to some ice cream

I put it in our families morning oatmeal daily. It's a good product. It's fresh and smells lovely.

The convenient zipper seal would not seal back up. Had to put it in another container....

Great with mixed nuts.
