I will give two ratings: seller and product. The seller deserves a 1/5...... 1. Terrible customer service. "Nana", is the name used, didn't even bother to reply to a message I sent 3 weeks ago inquiring about the bench. 2. Shipped the item Purolator Ground; it took 7 days to arrive (not 2-days Prime). 3. Instead of explaining why it was shipped that way; I was told just to refuse delivery and have it returned if I'm not happy with the delivery time. This person / company can learn a few things from our friends overseas who customer service us to death. And now the bench....I would give it a 6/5 if I could. The quality is far beyond what I expected. There are no flaws in the workmanship. It works in all positions perfectly. I've used it 3 times so far and the quality of the padding and cover is exceptional and it was sturdy ! - No wobbling. The padding is firm; and it should be otherwise it would be flat as a pancake quickly; like what I see at the gym. It's very firm to hold up after extensive usage, but not so firm that it feels like your sitting on a wooden board. The covering is non-slip with a matte finish. The piping and stitching is flawless. It's great if you have a small condo/space. Also note in my pictures that the finish is a textured silver/black powder coating. This will resist scratches better than the smooth grey pictured by the seller. The fabric and finish makes this bench look much more expensive than $85. I also added a picture showing the measurement of the bench folded without the leg attachment (Approx. 8") It also comes fully assembles; only the leg attachment needs to be put on.
