Perfect SSD Upgrade for an Old PC
I was using only a 1 TB HDD in my PC, and it was extremely slow. Booting and restarting took a long time, and my system would often hang when I opened multiple browser tabs or applications. I decided to buy this 256 GB Consistent SSD and installed it as my C: drive while keeping my existing HDD for storage. The difference is amazing! My PC now boots in seconds, restarts much faster, and applications open quickly. Multitasking has also become much smoother, and the frequent hanging issues are gone. The installation was easy, and the SSD has been working reliably. For the price, it offers excellent performance and has given a new life to my old PC. If you're still using only an HDD, I highly recommend upgrading to this SSD. It was one of the best upgrades I've made.

Dead on arrival
Got a defective item. When I first connected it to my PC and tried to install Windows 10, the disk was not getting detected. Wasted half a day in trying to troubleshoot, then connected it to my laptop by sata-usb cable. The disk was being recognised, but not able to format the drive. Then connected it using optical drive caddy - same issue, unable to format and this time it gave a clear disk I/O error message indicating a hardware fault. Its controller had a problem and was not allowing any write operation, not even for MBR creation. So much for made in India .. I think instead of wasting time and money on this, better to invest in the known ones like WD/Crucial/Kingston. This drive felt really flimsy and of poor quality build too. Luckily amazon approved a return although the item is marked non-returnable. Never again !
