Only one vehicle per set can be built at a time, so having two different sets for two kids is the perfect solution. I think this car/plane/boat set has easier to build vehicles. The other one isn’t hard, but the pieces fit together more smoothly when the bodies are built before attaching to frames. We initially had to demonstrate how to do that, but the kids only had to be shown once. He loves pulling the wheels off and rebuilding it. He loves the propeller and spinning it. This is one of the few toys that can actually hold his attention for more than a few minutes. The pieces are well made and sturdy enough to put up with toddler abuse.
