Leider teilweise schwer nachvollziehbare, weil ungenaue Abbildungen der Bewegungen vor allem in Kapitel 5. Die Pfeile bei den Zeichnungen repräsentieren die Bewegungsrichtungen. Wenn man sich erst einmal daran gewöhnt hat ist das ganz brauchbar.Gut auch der Teil mit dem einzeln aufgeführten Blocktechniken (Kapitel 4). Ein Stern Abzug für die undeutlichen Zeichnungen in Kapitel 5.
