I bought this for a friend as I already had it and find it excellent for using whilst watching historical programmes on TV. Very detailed and interesting ,good for children and adults alike and upto date .highly recommended

This book is an excellent history of our kings and queens. Very informative with colour photos. Goes back in history further than some books I have looked at.

A beautiful, informative book. It makes a nice coffee table book and is fun to browse through. Lots of color pictures and illustrations on every page! The inside covers show many coats of arms and the text is up-to-date with King Charles III. As an Anglophile, I love it!
