I used to put on a shower cap and then wrap a towel around my head. I was hoping to find something that would be easier & add the benefit of heat. The cap heats up nicely and retains the heat well. The small plastic hair covers work fine. Would like to know where to buy more, since only 4 come with the cap. My head diameter is a little over 22", which seems average. I have short hair and the cap was very loose. It wobbles and slips around which is annoying. Someone with long or thick hair might have better success. I'm keeping the cap and just using a binder clip to make it tight enough to sit in place.
