I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings. Quality is great. the adjustment clamp is much better an easier to use than my expectations, and it works great at holding the loop adjustment in place.
