This really helped in lifting the patient. It is able to lift both the bed (single mattress) and the patient without any issues. Working as expected.

Good product but after 2 month it get bad alienment get bad and we sont know where we can get service for this

The customer service is absolutely non-existent. When the recliner arrived, there was no technician available to install it, even though we were ready to pay for the service. I have elderly parents at home, and they could not manage the installation themselves. Later, when the recliner stopped working, I contacted Kosmochem (their new name). Their first response was to ask me to courier this huge item from Mumbai to Pune just so a technician could inspect it. The only useful information we received was from the courier slip, where we found the technician’s contact number. We called him directly—he was polite and guided us to purchase a new remote. However, the Kosmochem staff yelled at my mother-in-law for contacting the technician. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, their replies are vague and unhelpful. I deeply regret buying this product and would strongly advise others to avoid it entirely.

This is a perfect product that can be added to the existing bed. Mattress will get lifted by remote. Very easy fixing. It comes preassembled.
