Instructions could use some improvement. - I just installed the 9k-36k BTU bracket on my brick exterior wall and overall, the quality of this bracket seems pretty good. The supports are made from a fairly heavy gauge sheet metal and they were able to hold my body weight after being attached to the wall (185lbs). The instructions are poorly translated to English, but following the diagrams is pretty straightforward. A note, the instructions tell you to use a 2/5" drill bit for the wall anchors, which is an absurd drill bit dimension. I used a 1/2" masonry drill bit and the included wall anchors fit very snugly in the holes, requiring a hammer to get them in all the way. The powder coating on the metal also seems pretty consistent, although I thought they were a little beige from the pictures. I went with longer bolts when attaching to wall. One more very important and not stressed enough is the amount of vibration the unit will produce if not mounted correctly. It produced deafening vibration after a few months in my older home even with proper installation.
