These inserts provide good arch support, stability, and comfort in the heel and ball of the foot. I find them far more effective than the inserts available in most stores. The inserts hold up well over time. They are well worth the price.

These feel great but having trouble getting them to fit in my shoes. Tried half of a size bigger with no luck. I found one pair they will work in and they feel great.
