These are my all time favorite smaller mylar bags. I have reordered many many times. They are my go to for this size bag. I would highly recommend them to anyone freeze drying. You will not be disappointed. Sturdy, when opened they stand on their own for easy filling, great size for things that you want a smaller bag of, and the bags have never failed us. They remain doing the job for a very long time. These are the ones. Buy them!

I store 10 lbs of wheat berries in the 2.5 gallon Wallaby Mylar bags with one 1000cc oxygen absorber and have never had any issues. This is a quality product. You get what you pay for and Wallaby is exceptional and they come in a nice variety of sizes and thickness. For grains the 15mil is perfect, no poking through.

For a couple years now, my fridge/freezer hasn't been working properly, but I haven't been able to save up enough money to buy a new one yet. Having these bags to store food in gives me so much peace of mind that I can keep plenty of food in my house without it going bad. Plus, the price for 50 of these bags is a good deal! Seem to be good quality, thick envelopes, no hole, and no chemical smell.

Excellent product. It does what it says (keeps food fresh and air tight) and that is all I ask. I would (and have) buy again and again. I initially purchased a thinner and cheaper version, and there were pin holes that caused them all to fail. 15 out of 15 failed so I tried a slightly pricier one (this one, Wallaby) and it is like night and day. 0 failures so far and I am on bag 35

High quality, thick Mylar storage bags are great for preppers looking to keep their food stored long term. I’m confident these will keep my stock pile protected from moisture, insects or whatever. Honestly I’ve replaced a few store bought containers in my cabinets with them too because the quality is much higher than what food is sold in.

Excellent Quality - much thicker than what I used 10 yrs ago. One plus is they stand up while you fill them, so you don't need to put then in a tub or whatever while you fill....I just filled 20 today. THIS THICKNESS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEAT SEALING W/ O2 ABSORBERS! The trick to long term sealing is squeezing out all the air you can - then seal it right there. With the O2 absorbers in, and VERY little airspace, the O2 absorbers will draw in the bag. If done right, it should resemble shrink wrap. You should, for example, see the shape of beans against a hard drawn bag. The thickness of 7.5 Mil makes these vey hard to work with. 10 years ago I sealed a couple hundred pounds of beans and rice with thinner bags and a common lady's curling iron. 10 yrs later still sealed tight. For the 7.5 Mil bags, I bought a dedicated sealing press, rated for mylar. I needed to make multiple passes to insure a good melt. IMHO - Opt for a thinner mil bag, you'll get overall better results and less hassle!

Wallaby is the only brand I will use. My freeze dried snacks are as fresh as the day I packed them.

I bought these after wasting 25kg bag of flour and a 20 kg of self raising flour. I had frozen it to kill bugs and stored it but after 2years it was off; you could smell it. So after doing some research this was the best way to store flour to Lengthen its shelf life. I also bought the relevant oxygen absorbers and hey Bristo I was in business. The bags are a great size you fit about 2-3 kg in them and they are of a good thickness. Really happy will be very happy.
