I use it every day. I am very glad to see they offer this useful add-on for my beautiful steamer. I now could stew soup or congee in the bottom and steam veggies on the top, significantly shorten my cooking time. It is also very convenient and effective for cooking meals for a big family when you are in a rush. You don't need to have another traditional steamer or wait after the first plate is done. For lunch and dinner, we use one tier for main dish (steamed seafood etc), and the other tier for baby food or others that we don’t want mix with seafood. I make different sauce to put on top of the seafood (thai style with lemon and garlic in picture). The extra tier doubled steamer capacity so you save 50% time on cooking.
