Falls off pants easily (likely dependent upon how thick your pants are). I wear scrubs and the material/belt line is too thin that it often slips off when sitting down. The belt clip can be made of more sturdy material, it is a little flimsy.2. Velcro seems to be off. When closing the lid it doesnt approximate 100%.3. The little tab on the flap often folds inwards obstructing the ability of the velcro to hold. It also has another pocket I use for my DL and a few business cards. I hook my key fob on the back. It seems to be holding up well. It is a little noisy to open the Velcro.
