Super bright
It is like daylight outside now. This light will not disappoint. Almost too bright but you can adjust the brightness. Love it. Getting another for the front yard.

Easy to retro fit from the old merc vapor light
Super bright and easy to install. Took about an hour and up and running.

Quality product.
Light is fine. I knocked off a star because I wanted a replacement light that I would be able to mount with existing hardware. And after speaking with Superior Lighting Customer service, and ordering exactly what they sid to, I had to cut off the old bolts, drill new holes and put back up. Rather than being a 1/2 hour job, it turned into a few extra hours or running back and forth to hardware store to get a bolt to anchor in. Now if the light will hold up a few years longer than the old one, someone else can put the next one in.

Wasted my money on this newer model. Beware!
I bought two of the previous version of this light 9 years ago. 1 is still working and 1 quit after 7 years so I bought this newer version about 2 years ago and installed it about 18 months ago. It stopped working a few days ago. Don't waste your money on this junk. The quality that used to be there is gone.

Waiting on how their warranty works
If you want to a good light for your security this product is good but it didn't last a year, It started giving out low light and blinking problems, I've bought two from superior lighting Dusk to dawn area lighting, I bought the this one to replace the previous one which lasted 5 years,I am replacing it for the same problem. I liked that it is bright and I like the distance it covers, but before warned keep your receipt. I purchase this light in April 2025 from Amazon. It went low light and blinking Sunday February 22, 2026, I have 120v a/c going to the light and replaced the photoelectric outdoor lighting control, so voltage is not the problem. Will be talking to superior lighting to see if I get answers to it's warranty policy. This is the reason for 3 stars. I changed some information to be fare on when I purchased the first one.
