    Cute product, easy to use. Haven’t had it long enough to see if it tarnished quickly. Obviously most people will figure this out but you have to put it through a couple times so the charm dangles but that’s fine and easy enough. You just have to make the hole a tiny bit bigger. The tool came broken and I contacted customer service and they were amazing. The followed up in a few hours and sent a new one the next day. Great customer service. I hope it doesn’t tarnish easily .... we will see. I recommend for sure.FYI when I got my took replacement they actually sent 2 for the inconvenience and wrote a note apologizing. Seriously, they really have great customer service. I can’t stress this enough. That’s what you want is a company to resolve you issues. They went over and above and fast. Really great company.

i hardly found out how to open these drill . Turn right to open instead left . Very easy to open and you will see drill inside . I wish they had instructions or something . It took me forever to find out but hope this helps to everyone who had same problem with me .
