This large trimmer does fold for easy storage.
I got this to trim my large sheet cake. It is tricky as the middle wants to dig into the large cake. I am sure with practice there is a way to get better results.

Cheap junk
Cheap and flimsy. The two cutting blades fold in half for storage except they are uneven causing one blade to ark and not fold correctly. This causes the blade when unfolded, to be bent/wavy. It’s a piece of junk but I can work with it. It’s not worth the trouble if returning but I would not recommend purchasing this.
