The only bad thing is you can't put the book down because it's so engaging, then the author leaves you on a cliff for an entire year while you wait for the next book to be written. It's still questionable whether good triumphs over evil, or if we'll have read 5 books before we find out the morals are questionable. Personally, when you are writing kids books, in my opinion they need to end with a good moral. We're waiting to see what happens here. For sure, I'll be buying the next two books to find out. It was quite delightful and a great superhero mystery with fantasy elements. One of the characters has the ability to”jump” into the pages of a book and live in that world as well as bring characters along to our world. The story was great and we actually both looked forward to reading more each day.
