On a test of 32 RAL calibration swatches, delta-E averaged 9.43. Some swatches were off by as much as 17.62! Not a single sample had delta-E less than 3.5. By comparison, a Spectro 1 averaged 1.67 delta-E and the absolute worst was 3.9! This device is also virtually featureless. There are no options to get anything other than CIELAB values. If you want other color spaces you have to convert them manually, there is literally no excuse that a device cannot do this itself. There is apparently no way to calibrate this device.
