I think it’s big and a little too hard like it doesn’t allow you to go back at all **Q: Will the mat slide on hardwood floors?** A: The mat has quite a decent amount of grip on the bottom, so I don't believe it will. **Q: Would this work well as a head/shoulder anti-slip support for glute bridges? I always slide backwards.** A: Place power glid on a stable place avoid sliding. **Q: Is this a moderate softness cushion or more on the very firm/ hard side?. Will use to support my back arch while bench pressing?. Need soft support.** A: It is more of a firm support.
