To AMZ I went, found one I wanted, arrived 2 days later, and literally took me 5 minutes to replace the pad. No slippage, no screw damage just an easy task to complete. Saved me taking it to a gunsmith who would likely laugh under their breath or outright at the silliness (and expense) of having to have someone do it. I bouth this one for better fitting. **Q: Does this fit the a350 Xtrema?** A: I am not certain. I bought it for the A400 and it's a perfect fit. You can check Beretta's Store or alternatively shoot them a query. They will respond! **Q: Is this thinner than the stock pad for the A400 xcel?** A: Sorry. I used it on a Beretta Silver Pigeon. It was thinner than stock. I had fitting problems with it. There is a round and a square protrusion on the pad that mates with matching holes in the stock.
