Electric Ceramic Tea Kettle

This beautiful electric teapot was an amazing gift for our granddaughter’s birthday!! She and her family came to our home for her sister’s graduation, and fell in love with ours. It was great to be able and give her something she loved. It is perfect for warm bottles, tea of every kind. And it is good for hot chocolate. I love that it has a timed shut off for those, like me, that tends to forget that I left on! Perfect product!! She is so happy for her gift!!!

It’s pretty! It’s ceramic and the colors are soft and cute. But…Does it work and most importantly how long will it last? For $45, it’ll boil your water for 5 months to a year. And that time frame is being kind. I bought this ceramic electric kettle in October 2025. It worked very well, until it didn’t. This happened in March 2026. It just stopped working one morning. No water damage or mishandling. It simply would not power on. This was very unsettling so I emailed the manufacturer hoping to resolve the issue. They never responded. Next I researched the brand Toptier. This is what I found out, the company typically will not respond to customer regarding damaged items. The kettle is known to last about 5 months. Usually the problem is its electrical base. It will not power on. Of course I should have researched first. That’s my experience and I hope anyone who purchases, considers the experience of previous buyers.

My new ceramic, electric tea pot is not only beautiful, but it heats ip the water quickly. After a tour of the English countryside, i was hooked on tea. I was amazed by their electric tea pot’s convenience. I was delighted to find this one in Amazon when I returned and set up a tea station in my home. I also fell in love with sheep. You will see a little keepsake I found while on the trip in the photo.

This I have been wanting for a long time, it makes my water really hot, it is great quality, the only complaint I have is the lid is hard to tell how to get it off because the notches aren’t easily seen when the lid is in place. This is for when I can set it and it automatically turns off when done, it is easier then firing up the stove and having to rush to get back to it.

It is now August, 2025. I purchased this in April, 2025 and each time I use it it smells like plastic burning. At first I thought it was the “newness,” until today when I flipped it upside down to look at the base and saw a melted hole in the bottom of the kettle and I could see a red wire under that! I went on to leave a review and was horrified at the numerous reviews and photos of kettles that have caught fire! I’ve contacted Amazon and asked that this product be banned from sales on Amazon. Someone could lose their life over a fire from this kettle! What a huge fire risk! Everyone please learn a lesson from this and keep your appliances unplugged when not in use. Most importantly, watch them as you use them in case you need to extinguish a fire.

Product is pretty but very heavy even when empty.

I have had this for over a year now and am so glad to have purchased it. It heats up super fast and I have never had any problems with it! It is so pretty I made myself a little tea station and have it ready to go anytime!

I have had this tea kettle for less than 3 years and while it worked for 2 and a half, then it suddenly quit and the base was non-functional. Not worth the price!

Looks lovely just can't use it as non-uk plug.. probably should have noticed that before purchasing.

Product is not working. I see the orange light on but water is not boiling. Today is last day to return and I am unable to access the return option.
