I like that it’s not digital and doesn’t have any bells or whistles. No, there were no ice packs but I don’t need them anyway. It works as advertised. ### ⭐⭐ Came without cool packs *by Z***R on July 15, 2018* Says it comes with the cool packs but they arent in the box. Otherwise it seems fine. I just think these kinds of feeders are overpriced in general. I wish they came with stainless dishes to prevent cat acne too.
