This thing is awesome! We cal it the grabber
This thing is awesome! We cal it the grabber. It very securely lifts any size canning jar out of boiling water. From the very small half pint jars to the larger quart and half gallon jars. I will be purchasing another one as back up just in case this one breaks. However, I do not see it breaking to easily. The rubber grips on both ends are very secure. But canning is a family project for us and nothing is child proof!

Secure Grip for Canning
I purchased this jar lifter in a local store and LOVE IT! So many other jar lifters just don't hold the jars securely particularly for tipping them to pour out the hot water. Not a problem with this one, it is by far the best jar lifter ever, securely and easily gripping the jars in any position. Highly recommended.
