After trying other edge control products, I’ve found out they do not hold my hair down. If I get hot or sweat, my will curl up or the product melts and my hair looks a mess. This 24 hour edge tamer is the ONLY thing I can use and go to sleep and my edges are still look good. This family size jar is a steal. The local family owned beauty supply stores charge almost 20.00. NO MA’AM!!! It does turn white. But I put a dab of water on my hair after I wrap it and that usually keeps it from turning white.
