I got this wooden number puzzle for my 1-year-old, and it’s been such a good buy. The pieces are thick and durable — she’s already thrown them a few times and they still look new! The wood is smooth with no rough edges, so it feels really safe for her to play with. It’s super easy to wipe clean (important at this age 😅), and the bright colors and animal shapes always catch her attention. Even though she’s still too young to know the numbers, she loves taking the pieces out and putting them back in.

Good colors, not too big where it’s overwhelming- a great busy toy to focus on

Our kid loves it! Some details: Conducive to learning: 5/5 - One thing that's a pet peeve of mine is when the 9 and 6 letters on number puzzles look exactly the same and the kid has to just know that one is supposed to be flipped. It causes a lot of confusion when learning letters. For that reason, I thoroughly appreciate how the 9 and 6 in this puzzle do actually look different, and aren't just the same shape but different colors. Durability: 3.5/5 - The pegs seem to be glued in, and one came undone. I could be mistaken, I'm not a glue expert so take this with a grain of salt, but it looks like hot glue was used to glue the pegs into the puzzle, which doesn't seem like the most effective type of glue for wooden toys. Regardless of the type of glue used, the peg did come unglued, despite the fact that our kid wasn't playing with it too roughly. However, if that happens it's a pretty simple matter of glueing it back together. The wood itself is pretty durable, so it hasn't resulted in any splinters or actual wood breakage. Fun: 5/5 - Like I said, my kid absolutely loves it. Great for helping learn numbers and counting. There are a lot of pieces so they will get lost, but that's to be expected and not something I hold against the toy itself. I would recommend keeping this toy in a singular location or bringing it out for special occasions to minimize the risk of losing pieces (or losing them permenently). Colors: 4/5 - One slight issue I take with this toy is that the orange and red color on the 9 and 10 look very similar. While everyone percieves color slightly differently, both my kid and myself have a bit of a hard time telling the colors apart (unless they're right next to one another in a well lit environment), so the orange and red circles tend to end up on the same peg. This isn't enough of a problem to drop the rating down to four stars though - the joy on my kid's face when playing with this toy is plenty to warrant a five star review!

This was such a great puzzle piece and game but again for my 3 year old who put everything in the mouth way too small of pieces even for a 4 year old I mean it doesn't look small in pic but even smaller in real life. It's still a good game to save for hi when he gets over the putting everything in his mouth stage lol

great for toddler learning journey

This toy is great and it’s a great idea for learning numbers and counting! BUT I HAVE TWO COMPLAINTS!! 1. Please DO NOT put orange and red beside each other. They are too similar when 2 yr olds are learning colors. 2. Do not introduce tangerine as a common color. It’s too close to orange!!!

I bought this as a gift for a 2 year old and she loved it. the number puzzle she was great with, the rings however, she wasn't old enough to understand counting the rings, but was still fun and educational! I like the color scheme. very well made and decent priced!
