A-Premium Front Left Driver Side Power Window Switch

The part came quickly. I watched a quick YouTube video (I highly recommend watching one). The tool that came with it was perfect to pry up the plastic assembly that holds the switch. Getting the switch out of the assembly made more sense after watching the video. Put in the new switch and put it back together. In the video they go through a program step that is easy to do (just using the window switches, no computer programming), without doing this the windows may not auto up and down. The switch works great, fits exactly like the old one, looks the same as the old one and you can't beat the price. I would definitely buy and do the install again it saved me a bunch of money than going to the dealer. I'd rate this as a beginner to intermediate level process.

Works great so far, doesn’t include bezel but that’s ok. People saying the buttons stick, the only problem I had was with the buttons for the rear windows. They stuck but not because there is anything no wrong with them, they are just a tad too big so when you press it the lip on the bottom of the button catches the bezel. I took a Dremel with a sanding disk to mine and took a small amount of material away and that fixed it. I Suppose with a little elbow grease and a nail file you can do the same if you come across this issue. Other than that they match factory and for the price can’t beat it👍

The rear window switches stopped working on our 2015 Jetta. I've trusted A-Premium in the past and had this installed in less than 5 minutes! The door panel does not need to come off, and the pry tool provided in the kit is all you need!Chrome tips look nice, it's been in the car now for over 6 weeks still works great!FYI: Auto windows not working? Roll them up all the way, hold the button up for 10 seconds, then roll them down and hold the button down for 10 more seconds. Repeat for each window as needed.

This Switch Appears to Fit and Look and Operate like OEM. I've only had a week of use, but as of this review date, March, 2025, it is working perfectly. My 2013 Jetta TDi had 3 clips holding the plastic handle cover in which the switch is connected. You have to be careful when prying it up, to prevent breakage. I used a flathead screwdriver, along with the tool they provided to gently pull UP the handle cover, 1 on the Left side, 1 in the middle, and the final one slides back and out to release it from the Door. After that, it's pretty self explanatory. Snap the old switch OUT, and snap the new one IN, and finally reverse the steps to replace the cover, BUT first test the switch to make sure it works! There are different functions, down lightly, the window moves until you lift your finger off. Down harder, and the window will go down in its own. Up soft, Up hard, the same results, soft the window stops when you take your finger off of the button, and it keeps going closed when you pull UP a bit harder.

It’s been a week since I’ve installed this on my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta and let me say it works great for it’s price🤩it’s super easy to install once you pop off the frame it’s super easy to connect definitely recommend! fits great!

So the first one we ordered worked find for about two days then the passenger window button only worked for up, not down. I had to put the window down with the one in the door and could use the driver side button to put it up after but not down. Amazon did a replacement order, arrived and now the back left button is jamming and only working some of the time... it was a correct and direct fit, but this should NOT be happening with two.

It works again!

Fit and finish is very nice. Not OEM matching 100% but is very good for the price. Switches feel solid . Would buy again.
