No pumps included
The shampoo and conditioner did not have the pumps that were supposed to be to be with them The label said pumps included but they are not!

Great Shampoo and Conditioner, packaging not so much
I've bought this shampoo and conditioner for years from amazon after my hairstylist recommended it. I've always loved it ever since I bought it, smells amazing, works great with my hair type and the bottles hold a lot of products that last a long time. I never had a problem with the packaging until my last order. Usually, it's sealed shut but this time it wasn't, and I received shampoo all over the bottles. Thankfully, not much product was spilled but was still a pain to clean up.

Excellent products but no pump
I love this shampoo and conditioner it makes my thick, wavey, course hair act like hair. So I love this product I love the way it smells too. It's also relaxing when you take a nighttime shower. This leaves my hair so soft and shiny. It also is easy to style but I mainly air dry. Only annoyance is I bought this because it said it came with pumps. It didn't it was packed great but no pumps. If I knew I would of gotten it elsewhere. That's my only complaint but it does not affect the product. Other than that I'm very happy work these products.

Warning does NOT come with pumps(they lied)
Love the shampoo and conditioner but like the other ladies mentioned this has false ad information. The do NOT come with pumps. Glad they where wrapped because the tops were leaking.

This has been my wife's fave shampoo and conditioner for her naturally curly hair for many years. Leaves no tangles and smooth fresh feel that lasts days, but with availability issues, we always buy multiple sets to avoid running out
