I use this on my K&N filter each time I clean the filter. This improves the lifespan of your filter without a doubt and keeps dirt and debris from sticking in the filter. I recently did a quick filter check and it's still got the oils after racking up a whole lot of miles. Quick vacuum of the filter and it's clean as the day I put it in. A little pricey but you only need to use it once in a while so it won't break the bank.
