Did it come in a clear vacuum packed bag or did anybody get a package actually says Serta on it ?

Mine came in a white plastic outer bag with SERTA printed on that. Inside was a clear vacuumed-packed bag with the mattress pad inside. Then there was a Serta Label inside a clear plastic sleeve placed separately in the white bag. The item I received was defective with a hole big enough to insert a football in the skirting. I suspect it was returned & re-packed but it was sold to me as new.

Will this work for a 12-inch mattress?

my mattress is 10 in and it fit perfect, so might be a gamble for 12 in

Can you use this to cover a 3 inch mattress topper?

Hi Amy - not sure if you mean the 3inch foam in addition to mattress? We used this on a standard size mattress and it fit just fine. My guess is that it would be fine with a topper as well as long as mattress is not super thick. Hope this helps - good luck🙂

How long does it take to dry completely in the dryer on low (It's humid here so dryer is necessary)?

It dont take long. But I'm sure it does depend on your dryer. Mine I set on sheets an it dont take but 52 minutes.
