**Q: How wide is the door opening when the strap is adjusted to its maximum length? My cat is very fat**
A: I got the xl. My 2 cats are also fat. One weighs 19lbs and one weighs 22lbs.  Once it's in place on my door it's about 5 1/2 inches. Hope this helps!

**Q: Can you get through the door from either side?**
A: Yes, opening from either side is a matter of simply pushing the end of the FlexLatch out of the door frame to release it. It’s very easy and fast.

**Q: Would this keep a toddler out?**
A: A lot of customers say it keeps their toddler out, and it does keep my 2.5yo out. But know it’s designed for dogs, so we don’t make any claims otherwise.

**Q: How can i cancel my order? i ordered this a month ago. i have two conflicting messages. one says it has shipped and one says it has not.**
