But the leading brands are increasingly supplying us with a watery inferior product. This stuff is thick, highly concentrated and leaves clothes and linens smelling gorgeous. My towels are fluffy again and haven’t got that unpleasant, chemical detergent smell that many softeners now have. A few weeks on they still smell great. A little bit of this softener is more than a match for a greater quantity of other brands.
