Can I use it for breast milk jewellery please?

Not sure I am guessing you should be able to if you set the shape put in the milk then cover in another layer to seal it once sealed it should be o2 free so should not go off etc

Do you remove the blue film on uv lamp before using??

I have never removed the blue film on mine and it has worked perfectly since I bought it. Hope this helps.

The light is usb charging and very good for small things you make. Worth the money.

Can you use with vinyl on key rings to seal them

I would presume so as I use it on polymer clay all the time which is a type of vinyl.
