This has by far been my biggest producer, easier to clean and quality item. I 100% recommend, this purchase has been the best I have made. I do not recommend the inflatable ones

This is the perfect kit for beginners. This is the only way I got my first harvest. Beware! Not enough moisture for P. Cubensis!

Haven't used it yet but everything seems to be here and in good condition

First opening the box I was able to see that my monotub was extremely scuffed up. Either it was scuffed by someone who then returned it and was resold to me or it was improperly stored then sen to me. This does not have any effect on usability just a cosmetic detail.(see photos) All the grain spawn and substrate were well prepared and after 2 weeks of sitting the substrate had no signs of contamination and the grain spawn was fully colonized and everything was mixed and moved to the monotub for the next stage. They do give you 3 5lbs bags of substrate but I only used 2 as a 5:1 ratio is not good and the tub did not look like it would hold the third bag without going above the small vent holes. So I have an extra bag for another project that could have been left out and been more cost effective. Also one of the bags had a pretty sizeable rock in it, but it's poop I guess it happens and didn't effect pasteurization so all good. The humidity in my tub closed up sits at 91% so the substrate is well hydrated and despite someone's claims will be perfect for P. Cubensis. Overall happy with the quality of the materials from North Spore and excited to see my first flush. But I am disappointed in the tub being so scuffed up.

works exactly as needed, comes with everything you need. You literally don't even need to think about it. First time trying this out was a huge success. Cheapest way to grow healthy, organic mushrooms. Completely different experience growing your own over buying off the grocery shelf.

Grain was dry and flowing freely in the bag. And so was the replacement they sent me. It’s been 4weeks since inoculation still no sign of colonization.
