Can this be controlled by phone or computer when in a different city?

No. You must be within Bluetooth proximity. It doesn't even reach that far from the next room. There is also no security on the sign or app, so if anyone with the app on their phone is nearby and wants to mess with it they will be able to fully control it.

How many lines will it do, 1 or 2?

If use the DIY graffiti function, can show two lines.

Where is the preview on app?

The APP does not have a preview program, you can edit the content on the APP and send it to display on the LED Sign.

Can the 27 by 5 fit on the back window of a toyota corolla without obscuring view?

Because everyone looks at the rearview mirror at different angles, we suggest that you can simulate it on your car according to the size of the product to determine whether the product will block your sight. There are currently two sizes, 14.6''x3.6 '' and 27" x 5"
