I bought before and was good but this time was not good

Not a good quality yet expensive

While the dates I received had a decent flavor and texture, I was disappointed to find that most of them had cracks on the surface. This made them look less appealing.No return policy even if the bag is sealed.

I purchased a bag of Jumara Ajwa dates, although the bag indicates a recent production date, the dates themselves were disappointingly soft and lacked any flavor. I tried one date, it was like chewing on mud. There was no bite to these dates, a stale smell and zero taste.This is a product has been either exposed to high temperature or some faulty storage conditions. I question the manufacturer quality and freshness of the product.

The dates were well packaged, but unfortunately, we’re quite dried out.
