I have purchased this on a regular basis for the past 12 months. So has my friend. My last order was £5.24 in August. It’s now £8.75 in September. Won’t be purchasing until the price goes back down. UPDATE: having just finished my last bottle I noticed the ingredients… 95% water! Only 5% vinegar. Not really eco friendly transporting all these bottles of water about. I will not be purchasing again. I have instead reused the bottle and purchased white vinegar from Sainsburys for half the price and will dilute it myself 😊

Would leave no stars if I could. This product has been tampered with and mixed with something else. It’s frothy and smells floral. It was very easy to open and hardly smells of vinegar at all. I have used this product for a very long time and it almost takes my eyebrows off with how strong the scent of vinegar is. I called the company to ask and they weren’t very helpful at all. Told me to contact Amazon as that’s where I bought it from. This is definitely not what it says on the tin! I would advise not ordering from here.

It is not unscented as it states on the label, directly on opening the smell was really strong, that strong it will need storing outdoors!

I’m sure this is a great product but it is damaged and leaking and Amazon will only give me the option of returning it which is not very helpful

I don’t care how good the product is - if they don’t fix the lid issue, I’m not repurchasing. I had to take an ibuprofen and bandage the scratch it left me after spending ages wrestling with getting this open. Crap cheap packaging, called eco-friendly but the cheap plastic that is badly made I doubt is eco-friendly and is not user friendly.

Strange, like another review, I'm concerned this product is contaminated with something else. After removing the lid, it was possible to see the plastic and foil seal under the lid is burnt?! I'm not sure vinegar would cause this, not had this problem with other brands. Large number of bubbles at the top. I thought it was due to transit but the bubbles have not settled after waiting. I don't feel safe using the product and will return it

Product leaked in box and bag in delivery. Trying to contact them to resolve it but can’t. Only option is return it but it’s leaking! It’s a very strong smell too.

Can’t say if the product was any good as we can’t get it open. I tried, my boyfriend and dad then tried, to no avail. The lid is literally glued to the bottle it seems. Went for a refund and was told to return it, having to go out of my way. It’s gone in the bin… wouldn’t recommend!
