No issues with too much iron
This seems just the right dose for me. Never have iron issues like constipation. Taking these for years to combat anemia. 70 yr old male. quality seems good. one a day works.

I was recently told that I had low iron and it was suggested that I start taking iron supplements. I always buy nature's bounty supplements so it was a no-brainer to get this product. I've had no discomfort whatsoever after taking this for 2 weeks. We'll see how it has an effect on my iron level when my blood is screened the next time. The size of the capsule isn't too bad, but I also have no problem taking pills.
