I contacted the company late in the evening to ask for help in identifying the correct replacement battery for my camera. I needed the battery ASAP for an upcoming trip. I had thought I could get the battery locally and waited until the last minute; only to find that no one locally carried the battery. Customer service worked with me to make sure that I ordered the correct battery and to make sure that I received it in time for my trip. The battery arrived in record time and worked beautifully!
