This extends time between chiropractor visits, since I can loosen up my back and let it settle into a proper orientation in a few minutes. The massage pad is the real trick for that! When it first arrived, the neck pad did not work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and a replacement was received within 2 days. Everything works properly now and I am very pleased with this. The only slight issue is that the massage pad is a bit thick and can get scooted into a slightly uncomfortable position and take a bit to get it settled right. The cord for the massage pad could stand to be a little longer. So far, I have used the "level 1" most horizontal position the majority of the time, and have tried the full tilt for only a few seconds, but my nose gets stuffy when I'm upside-down LOL I have a relatively small bedroom but it fits nicely in the corner. I find the ankle supports to be very comfortable. I like to wear shoes when I'm using it, but I have done it without shoes, too. I am 5'6" and that is the height adjustment that I use. My husband is 6' and he uses the 6' adjustment. My daughter is 5'9" yet for some reason, she requires the 5'6" adjustment, so you may have to play with it to determine which will allow you to fall back. I think it's alot more sturdy than I had anticipated, and I do not feel nervous about using it while I'm alone (I had feared I wouldn't be able to right myself) I haven't moved it, but it seems like it will be easy to fold and move to a different location if I need to. There isn't anything to keep it completely closed and the table from rotating. The massage and heat pad aren't strong enough to really relieve tension. The strength of the table is great, I can fully invert with 100% confidence. There is no wiggle when you invert and it is solid.
