I think this thing is cool looking for some ambient light in a darkened room. I have some LED string lights in pickle jars, but I like how this comes with the "jar" and lights already matched together. I wish it was powered straight from an AC cord and not a USB, but I have plenty of AC-USB adapters lying around to do the job. I also wished the company sold lights that twinkled, but this is cool as it is. LEDs are great lights.

Arrived as expected but broke 2 hours after being out of the package and in use. Now I have a base and a string of lights without a usable globe :(

I love this lamp. I was not expecting the lights to come in a coil and for me to have to make the random orientation, but I actually love that it's like that. My only complaint is mine didn't come with any set screws to hold the glass in place, but I didn't care enough to contact the manufacturer. The brightness is perfect for me as a lamp next to my bed. Bright enough I can get around but dark enough I'm not blinded when I turn it on.

It is a very nice looking piece and the light it gives in a dark room is very warm and just about the right brightness to be considered a nightlight or ambience light. That's the good part. Problem is the glass dome had some spontaneous cracking issues. I have it sitting on a table near the computer and one night after having it about a couple months, I heard a loud, sharp crack sound. I wasn't sure what it was, so I looked around the room. Then I glanced at the lamp and saw a pretty significant crack running up the side, turning before it got to the curve on top, and then running back down. But it didn't run all the way to the bottom. So kinda like an upside down "J" shape. A couple nights later I heard the same sound. I knew what to look at. Now there were a couple more cracks emanating from the start of the original one. No other cracks since. So the dome is still in one piece, but if I move it I'm sure it would probably be in pieces. It never got hit, bumped, or even moved since I first placed it. I can't imagine it was a shipping issue since it arrived intact. I can only surmise there was a significant stress in the glass already, that for some reason just let go. That's too bad. It is a really nice looking item, but seems like the glass might be hit or miss. I was going to purchase this as a gift for someone, but with this development, I won't be.

It is such a beautiful lamp, lightens up the winter night.

Cutest thing ever!!! P. S It only works while plug through a USB cord. I plugged it behind my TV so everytime I turn the TV on, the lamp turns on as well. There is a button in the lamp if you don't want it to turn on at the same time as your power source, but I prefer it the other way.

Fantastic, fun and magical. I love the lights. I'm not one for regular things so this just fits my personality perfectly. I love that it's a USB but I do wish it came with it's only adapting plus. I did have an extra, I just had to dig it up!
