Great laundry detergent. And no plastic container
Great product. Dissolves well and cleans clothes well. Love this scent the best. Super easy to use. Place in the back of front loader washer, throw in clothes and start. No buildup in washer.

Have used this product for 3 years - Cleans well, is septic tank friendly, and eco-responsible
I have long looked for a laundry detergent pod that works well, and is and created by a company that is eco-responsible in its manufacturing and packaging. I truly appreciate the company's transparency and environmental commitment, and am very pleased with the Grab Green Stoneworks overall performance. I have used these pods for several years now and would like to share my experience. They dissolve completely in hot, warm, and cold water in an HE washing machine. Only 2-3 times have the pods not fully dissolved, and it was because we overpacked the washing machine. They clean my clothes, towels, dish cloths, bedding, etc, very well - as well as any other brand I have used. I still use a stain spray on really tough spots - such as grease or oil. I have family members with sensitive skin, and this brand did not cause any issues or allergic reactions. In terms of fragrance, I prefer the rose petal for its subtle, light, fresh scent - even my husband likes it - it is not an overly floral fragrance at all (the other scents I have tried are a little too earthy for me - birch, oak tree, olive, etc). The scent will not stay on the clothes long after you take them out of the dryer. While I love the smell of clean laundry, I personally don't want it to stay on my clothes for a long period of time - if it does, it means there are chemical additives in the detergent that stay on your "clean" clothes and against your skin! Also, I feel comfortable using the detergent with a septic tank, given their ingredients and how well they dissolve in water. I also have used the Grab Green Lavender and Vanilla pods - they work really well, too.

Some scents are wonderful, others not so great!
I absolutely love the quality and the scent of the Oak and Birch variety. I would give five stars for the detergent in general, except one variety is nasty. I tried the Olive this time and EW is all I can say. It smells like cat litter fresh out of the bin. Not a dirty smell at all, it just smells like itโs a scent for covering up poop, not making your clothes fresh. The Oak and Birch were wonderful and light scented!

Worked ok did not like
For the price for a load of laundry per bag I was expecting more. I found a little clumpof un-dissolved granules once. Not a big deal imo but 1/5 loads (out of ten pods) I'm not sure if the number would increase a lot of purchased full amount. Seemed to clean ok. They didn't seem to clean as well as another brand I use of natural soap. So again for the price that's a bummer. Clean on a basic level and I could faintly smell the scents after but our kid has many accidents and these did not abate the urine smell like the others do.....I usually use the non-scented of another brand plus essential oils (sometimes vinegar instead of for pants) and they come out smelling better. The scent was the most disappointing for me. So "meh" or gross. The scents that smelled good to me were so faint it really didn't make it worth it and they weren't amazing scents either. I was excited for the oak but it really does smell like a wet oak barrel idk what I expected but GAG. Birch I found to be way to faint to have an opinion on. The rose was whatever kind of powdery rose smells more old lady like. Which I don't mind but smells cheap. Not fresh like an actual rose. The rain did have a very faint smell I actually didn't mind and might have liked more of but it's supposed to be non-scented ironically. Olive was off-putting, I had been excited for this too but then it was more of a "what is this??" neutral kind of scent to me. I usually use essential oils. I enjoy a range of scents. Mostly I do like more herby, and woody but crisp scents. (Things in the mint family from peppermint to rosemary, I like cypress, mahahgony, eucalyptus, and sycamore trees...) I also enjoy jasmine and bergamot type florals, magnolia if done right and rose as well...I love smelling old books; just to say if you also have similar tastes you might feel let down.

Idea Is Great, Quality Is Not
Review of Rose Scent I have always been fairly eco conscious, so I try, when I can, to go for the more eco friendly option, so recently I switched from the plastic waste containers of regular laundry detergent to Arm and Hammer pods, but I do know that they do use more harmful chemicals, but those pods were great. I saw that this product had fairly good reviews and the rose scented detergent pods looked very appealing to me, so I ordered one bag of them to try, as I found the price fair for what they were--detergent pods that should work, not have harmful chemicals, and naturally soften, while leaving your clothing smelling fresh and of rose. This is of course, on top of them being more eco friendly than regular laundry detergent from the store. I was so excited to get them, they came in a cute box, the pods were white (a maybe 2/3 the size of the Arm and Hammer pods), but I didn't really care as our laundry machine in the house is very small, so you can only run small loads in it anyways, so it does not make sense to use more than one. As in one load is a towel, yoga pants, three t-shirts, a week's work of underwear, and a pair of jeans--nothing more will fit. I was hoping that the quality would be as the arm and hammer ones that get all odors out (and they would not come back), and that the smell will be fresh, and it would naturally soften. Now, I ran a few cycles with these pods and the results are below (please note, two of the cycles I would normally run were not run due to quarantine--they are the cold-cold wash for my work clothing that is more delicate than normal clothing, and the warm-cold cycle for my work out clothing as gyms have been closed, and I do not sweat as much doing my gym replacement of outdoor yoga). The first cycle that I ran was for my bedding--I dropped in a pod, and let it go on warm-cold. The result of this, when I switched it to the dryer, it was smelling amazing. Then, when it came out of the dryer, I was surprised as much of the smell had gone, but okay, no big deal, the point of this detergent is to naturally soften what you wash and to actually wash it. When I replaced the bedding on my bed, I noticed it actually felt HARDER!!! Not softer!!! I was so confused, I even had my mum try to touch it, and she had the same reaction, and it was just weird. The next load I tried was for my blanket--it was for cold-cold, as it is a fuzzy one and it needs a more delicate cycle. Again, smelled nice, but, I was disappointed to find that the POD DID NOT TOTALLY DISAPPEAR! There was a little white piece of it that almost felt like limestone left (I will try to attach a picture, as adding this review, I do not see a picture option to be able to add it), and i was like WHAT!?!?!?! Not only did it make my extremely soft blanket harder, but the pod did not vanish in the wash. Up next was the test for the load described in the beginning a towel, and some clothing. This was a warm-cold cycle. The smell was refreshing, the clothes did not feel as much harder than the bedding (not softer by all means, but maybe just a tad bit harder than normal). However, after a day of using that towel, it started to smell a bit, again, just as it did before I washed it. It was also harder than usual. With each day the smell started coming back more on different parts of the towel.... Not a good sign. ^I did run another load similar to this by contents, and same result. Clothing a tad harder, towel harder, and does not stay fresh for more than a day or two, unlike usual when the smell does not come back for AT LEAST 1.5 -2weeks, and the clothing, I mean, smells come back faster, but, obviously not as strong as the towel. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase, as it is VERY expensive for something that does not do what a laundry detergent should do, let alone the other things it is promised to do. .. I may give it the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it is the specific pod smell I bought, but, not something I am looking to buy again to test on the other ones. Not worth the money... Maybe dropps or something if you want to be more eco conscious, or just tide pods/arm and hammer pods, if you just want some good pods.
