Used after knee surgery. Easy to put on. (Used a thin rea towel underneath so no direct contact with skin - personal preference) . Stays cold for around 30 mins. Helps ease the pain post surgery. Haven’t tried it hot.

They are wide and the gel covers the back of the knee,just what I was looking for for.
I’m sure these ice pack wraps will be absolutely fine for my upcoming knee surgery which is going to be very soon.

Great Amazon find!
Tore my calf muscle and this has been a god send, adjustable straps to fit all size legs, it’s alot bigger than I thought which is great, initially said for knee but can be a multi use to actually strap on shoulder,arm,knee,leg etc, put into freezer and doesn’t take long to freeze and long lasting, it’s comfy and can walk around with it on or just rest, i been using it a few times a day for 20 mins and it’s helped ease my muscle injury well it’s helped it heal

Not bad, but not as expected, might just keep them
Not very comfy at all. Sharp edges on the product which scratch the backs of the legs. I also thought from the pictures that they were gonna be wrapped all around the leg but they just go round the front and sides. The worst part is they only stay cold for about 15mins each use. The loop that the strap goes through is also part of the flexible plastic of the main body and so I know it's not going to last long. Update-- I put it into a deeper part of the freezer and it lasted closer to 35mins which isn't that bad actually. Gain a star.

The best for inflammation pain
An absolute godsend!! It's so soothing and works on the pain I have in my knee so we'll to the point it goes away. I also find after using it the flexion in my knee joint is much better. Have always suffered with this inflammation, used ibuprofen gel and other topical creams, but this ice pack is the best. It's great value for money, easy to freeze and use. Good quality and large enough to cover an adequate area. Pretty sure you could use it on other parts, so it's versatile and also portable.
