I usually prefer to freshly cook my rice, but this has been a great time saver and it tastes delicious. The rice has a nice flavor and isn't too mushy or too firm. I've never had a batch that had a bad texture and while it's a bit more expensive than just making rice myself, it's perfectly portioned for a quick lunch or quick stir fry. I'd like to say that it lasts forever, but I eat it often enough to where it's not in our house long. Overall, it has quality ingredients compared to most other brands.

Quick and easy as a side dish. Also adding chicken or tuna, and assorted veggies makes a quick meal. Good flavor and not too salty. I made a dish with broccoli, chicken, and cheese. It was very good and fast to make.

These arrived nicely packaged in manufactures packaging in an AMAZON box. And, they are easy and convenient to use individual rice cups that heat in seconds in the microwave, and are great to have on hand.
